While using our services to render your images, you will be asked to upload either .3dm photo or video files of your jewelry in order for them to be rendered on our website. In so doing, Rendline insures that the files that you upload will not be distributed to a third party in any way. In fact, your files will be automatically deleted from our servers, once the rendering process is completed. In case of having an issue, the .3dm models can be accessed and edited by the Rendline's employees only after having the consent to do so by the owner of these files.
When subscribing to one of our packages or having a one-time purchase, you will be forwarded to a payment getaway page (bank , PayPal or other payment method providers) and you will be asked to provide some information on your payment and billing details to complete the money transaction process. Thus, Rendline will not have access to any of your payment and billing details.
Invoice details
If the user wishes, he/she can provide us with additional details about his/her company, such as company name, email, telephone number, VAT and etc. This information will solely be used to automatically generate invoices, where the mentioned details about the user's company will be automatically filled every time he/she makes a purchase. Rendline assures that none of the company information provided by the user will be distributed to any third party.
We also collect data that is generated when you log in to our website. This data may include:
